Booking Guidelines & Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit Guidelines
There is a $25 non-refundable deposit required for all in-home estimates, unless stated otherwise by DEH. The estimate will include looking at the job wanted, taking any measurements, give ideas and pointers, setting up a plan for the project, etc. This deposit secures your appointment date and time, the amount will go towards your choice of service from DEH LLC. Once you submit a booking an invoice will be sent to you by email or text (depending on your communication preference). If paying cash you can keep the invoice for your record purposes only.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cash-app, and cash. All cash payments are due the day of appointment. To request cash payment or cash-app please inform us by text at (618) 670-4204 or by responding to the email/text invoice sent to you so we can notate this on your invoice and book your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations/reschedules must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the appointment. All paid invoices will receive a refund of the booking fee (minus the processing fee if you used a credit/debit card) if cancelled within the cancellation timeframe. Please understand that appointment slots are limited and we want to ensure that all of our customers needs are met in a timely manner.
